Step #1: I die cut the Poppy Stamps Basic Birthday Candles from Poppy Stamps Birthday Fun 6x6 Paper Pack and metallic papers from Poppy Stamps Vintage Pastel Mirror 6x6 Paper Pad to match the confetti paper background from the Birthday Fun Paper Pad.
Step #2: I die cut the flames from gold metallic paper and mounted the confetti paper on matching gold cardstock.
Step #3: I finished my card by adding the sentiment from Poppy Stamps Balloon Celebrations Stamp Set.
