Snow Cute Birthday Penguin

Hi Crafty Friends,
This little penguin is from NEW Lili of the Valley Snow Cute Stamp Set. You can use these penguins for any occasion not just Christmas. I made a winter birthday card with this little guy holding a present. I used Taylored Expressions Create-in-Quads Snowflake Stencil for my background and framed it with the Waffleflower A7 Lacey Layers Dies.
