Brass & Bliss NEW Cover Plates

Hi Crafty Friends,
There is a NEW RELEASE at Brass & Bliss. I am sharing two cards featuring NEW Cover Dies. The first card is showcasing the NEW Lattice Cover Die 5735D with the NEW Happy Birthday Die 5749-01D and the second features the Sun-Rays Stained Glass Die 5747-03D. I used bright blue cardstock and metallic papers so the backgrounds really pop.

Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: What is your favorite cover die from the Brass & Bliss Shop?
A: Me? I really love this new Lattice Cover Die

Card #1: Happy Birthday

Step #1: I started by die cutting the Brass & Bliss Lattice Cover Die 5735D from blue cardstock and gluing it to white cardstock

Step #2: Next, I die cut the shadow of the Brass & Bliss Happy Birthday Die 5749-01D out of metallic blue cardstock and mounted the text in white on top. I also die cut a little tag/banner from the Brass & Bliss Off Set Tags Die 5605-03D for my funny sentiment.

Step #3: I mounted my Happy Birthday towards the top of my card and added the hilarious sentiment from the Brass & Bliss I Thought You Knew Stamp Set 36062 below. The sequins were a perfect touch of bling.

Card #2: Thankful Stained Glass

Step #1: I die cut the Brass & Bliss Sunrays Stained Glass Die 5747-03D from bright blue cardstock and mounted it on white cardstock.

Step #2: I pieced in different shades of blue papers including metallic into the outline.

Step #3: I stamped and die cut the beautiful thankful sentiment from the Brass & Bliss Thank You Stamp Set and Matching Dies 36057. I added them to the bottom of the card so you can really see the stained glass die and highlighted the sentiment with sequins.
