I was inspired by the Time Out Challenge #272 SNARKY for the sentiments on these birthday balloon cards from Brass & Bliss called Snarky Birthday. I used Crafty Meraki Party Balloons Mini Slimline Para-Dies and made them shakers for the Crafty Meraki Shaker Card Challenge.
