Hi Crafty Friends,
I made two Halloween Cards with my FAVORITE Halloween Stamp from Penny Black called Happy Ghost for Woodblock Wednesday. I used Spellbinder's Boo Embossing folder for my background and sanded it so the embossed images popped.

Hi Crafty Friends,
Ink N' Splatter's September Release is filled with the CUTEST ghosts ever. The stamp set is called Ghoul Friends Stamp Set. I used Ink N' Splatters Spooky Nights 6x6 paper pad and colored up the ghoul friend to match.

Bundled Bear

Hi Crafty Friends,
I am sharing a Nordic Forest Scene with you today featuring Poppy Stamps Nordic Bundled Bear and Nordic Dimpled Trees. This card could easily be a fall card if you use a different sentiment, so the trees and bears are very versatile.

Q: What kind of trees do you have in your yard?
A: Me? Oak and Arborvitae

Step 1: I started my card by using the pine with gold background paper from the Poppy Stamps Yuletide Cheer 6x6 Paper Pad. Then I die cut the Nordic Dimple trees in darker green paper and some of the dark green pattern paper from the patterned pad.

Step 2: I die cut the winter gear for the polar bears from gold and the same greens I used for the trees. Then I arranged them in a scene on my card.

Step 3: I finished my card by adding the Merry Christmas Moonlight Script Die to the top and gold Christmas Fairy Jewels to the trees.

Sympathy Rose Cards

I was inspired by the Altenew September Inspiration Challenge (see colors below) and Die Cut Divas September Challenge Sympathy for these two floral cards. They feature Altenew Craft-a-Flower Roses Die Set. One uses Altenew Dotty Circles Embossing folder for the background and the other uses Altenew Garden Trellis Coverplate Die for the background. Both sentiments are from the Altenew Thinking of You Stamp Set and both are bejeweled with Altenew Gem Sparkles.

Hip-Hippo-Ray Halloween is on the Way

Hi Crafty Friends,
I'm soooo excited to share the Brass & Bliss Fall Release with you. I am showing off one of my favorite stamp sets from the release 36056 Halloween Hippos. They are just adorable and so unique in their little costumes.

Card #1: Let's Meet for Treats

 

Step 1: I made my purple background with Brass & Bliss 4204 Bokeh Stencil. I used Color Fuse Set #6 Magenta and Lavender for the light and dark shades of purple with Brass & Bliss Large Blending Brushes.

Step 2: I  colored up the hippo with various shades of purple Copic Sketc Markers to match my background.

Step 3: I die-cut my background with Brass & Bliss 5176D Nested Deckle Rectangle Dies and made my tag with the Brass & Bliss 5514-02D Holiday Tags Dies. I stamped the cute sentiment on the tag and added the hippo to the edge.

Step 4: I mounted the tag at a diagonal to the center of my card. Then I added more sentiments from the Halloween Hippos set to the corners. I finished my card with some purple enamel dots.

Card #2: Hip-Hippo-Ray Halloween is on the Way

Step 1: I colored up the cute Brass & Bliss 36056 Halloween Hippos with Copic Markers. My grays were N5, N4, N3; Oranges YR18, YR68, YR16

Step 2: I made my background blending the Color Fuse Set #6 Magenta, Color Fuse Set #2 Apricot, and Color Fuse Set #12 Hearth to make a spooky sky.

Step 3: I splattered my background with white Copic Paint and black ink. I die cut the NEW Brass & Bliss 5726-03D Tree Cover Die out of black and mounted it to my background.

Step 4: I added my hippos to the bottom of the card with the tiny pumpkin and skull. Then put the bat above the little pumpkin hippo's head.

Step 5: I finished my card with the Hip-Hippo-Ray Sentiment on Brass & Bliss 5605-03D Off Set Tags Dies and mounting it to the top right side.
