Birthday Wishes Diamond Deco Stencil

Hi Crafty Friends,
I am back with my new FAVORITE stencil, the Poppy Stamps Deco Diamond Stencil. I love layering stencils. Earlier this month I made an all pink card with this stencil and today I decided to make a monochromatic purple birthday card with a different shade of purple for each  layer of the stencil.

 Final_4 (2)The Pointy Lattice Plate die fits perfectly with this stencil and makes such a cool textured pattern! I added the beautiful Birthday Wishes Script Die with Fairy Gems for the dots of the "i"s.

    Pretty card! Love the layering stencils!
    Shaded Lilac is my favorite in the Distress colors as far as the purple color goes.

    Not sure about the shade of purple... probably lavender, but can't give you a specific company's hue. I prefer purple that is more toward blue than toward pink.

    I go for a medium shade of purple.
    Depends on the type of card I'm making.
    Love the layering from the die.
