Rubbernecker Stamps is celebrating 30 years in business this month! They have a fabulous birthday release filled with cute stamps, dies, and stencils. I am showcasing four birthday cards featuring Rubbernecker Stamps NEW Birthday Balloons Stencil and Owl Dies. I have one in every color.

A: Me? Pink
I started my cards by creating the backgrounds with the NEW Birthday Balloons Stencil. Then I die cut the owls and owl birthday add-on dies out of two shades of each color and assembled them.
I arranged the owls, presents, cakes, and cupcakes on my stenciled backgrounds and framed them with various Rubbernecker Nesting Dies.
