Hi Crafty Friends,
I know many of you are in Holiday card making mode but that doesn't mean there aren't other events you need cards for during the Holiday season. I wanted to inspire you to keep up on your everyday card stash with these two avocado cuties.
Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: Do you like avocados?
A: Me? YES! I eat one everyday!
These cards were very easy to make. I simple die cut 10 Whittle Avocados out of striped green paper and plain green paper from the Lush Green 6x6 Paper pad. Then I die cut 10 avocado "skins" and seeds out of brown paper and glued them together to make my avocados.
I framed the quintet of avocados with the Poppy Stamps Scalloped Stitched Frames and added the puns in the right corner.
Head to Poppy Stamps Blog for links to all the products I used: https://poppystamps.typepad.com/poppystamps/2022/11/you-guac-my-world-by-meghan-kennihan.html
The cards are cute. I don't eat avocados.
ReplyDeleteNot sure I've ever tasted one - just an
assumption I won't like them. thanks for
sharing.
Holy Guacamole your cards are cute! I am one of those crazy stampers that like to create for any season or reason any day! So you can find butterfly cards next to Christmas cards in my posts. LOL I love seeing cute Guac cards in the midst of Fall and Christmas seasons!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I love the Whittles line of dies!
ReplyDeleteI do love avocados! The best ones were from the tree at my grandparent's home in Santa Barbara. My Mom planted that tree in their backyard when my brother was little!
