It's time for a NEW Release at Ink N' Splatter! We have darling little Otters for you that LOVE to splash around and play! This set is called Otterly Love and it comes with Otterly Love Dies too! I made an Underwater Halo Light (from Pear Blossom Press) Shaker Card to show off these cuties. Just push the button and the center lights up the shaker pieces and sentiment.
