Funkie Junkie Boutique Challenge Rather Blustery Day: I LOVE using flowers but I struggle to come up with good color combos and "bouquets" on my cards. These turned out great because I had the benefit of using the paper color combo to inspire me!
Unbelievably darling! Those colors are gorgeous together. The little bouquets are perfect! I think these guys live in your garden, they are A.dor.a.ble. winky, inky, and certainly not stinky. Tee hee. Too cute! They are so happy!
ReplyDeleteThese guys are soooo cute!! I would call them Sputter, Spunky and Sparky.
ReplyDeletePuffy, Patty and Perty

Peter, Paul and Mary after the folk song The Magic Dragon. The dragons are magical and love the coordination of the plaid and polka-dot patterned papers, along with the matching and fantastic colors and coloring. Love them both; but we are only able to include one of these in our random draw as our limit is four per challenge post. Thanks again for being a big supporter of our Double Trouble Challenges and following many times the twist and this time sharing with our partner Heart2Heart.
ReplyDeleteLove the way you colored the dragons, and the papers are really cute!
ReplyDeleteI'd name them Puff, Peter and Paul.
Meghan, such adorable cards! I love them both with their cute little dragons so expertly colored! You even included plaid on both per our Double Trouble "Bring on the Green" challenge! Thank you so much for sharing them and bringing a smile to my face!!! -Donna

ReplyDeleteThese sooo remind me of Puff (the Magic Dragon)!! And I cry every single time the song plays- I raised 2 little boys who now have little boys. I’m totally with you on the struggle with flowers; it’s the same with me, so I rarely use them in my makes. You’ve succeeded here & I’m inspired to try your suggestion with paper choices!
