Hi Crafty Friends,
I created this monochrome yellow Easter card using Egg Coloring Lulu from Paper Nest Dolls. The background is stenciled with glitter gel and the fun die cut eggs are from Honey Bee Stamps.
Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: Do you color Easter Eggs?
A: Me? Yes, I usually do it with my Best Buddy Maggie, last year we did Easter egg cookies
Supplies:
Paper Nest Dolls Egg Coloring Lulu
Honey Bee Stamps Decorative Egg Dies
Catherine Pooler Swirl Stencil

Time Out Challenge #209 Cute
A warming card ushering spring.
ReplyDeleteIt practically glows. Haven't

I like how you used all yellows. It looks great focusing on just one color, plus white. Really cute. And I love your friendship with Maggy. You must have so much fun together.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed your photos and card so much that I forgot to answer your question. We haven't colored eggs in the last few years, but maybe we will this year with the grandkids....but they are messy and accident prone, so we will have to do it outside....on the grass...or in a parking lot. ha ha ha ha ha ha
Deleteso lovely card!
ReplyDeleteI did color eggs when daughter was little but now no.
Pretty with monochrome looks!
ReplyDeleteNo, I didn't celebrate Easter.
Fun pics... looks like you both had a lot of fun! Cute card too!
ReplyDeleteHave not colored eggs in many years! Used to do it every year when my daughter was little!
This card and you warm my heart so much! The springy blingy splash in the background is perfect for egg coloring theme, super sweet card! I love the picture of you and Maggie and some pretty yummy looking egg cookies. Great idea maggie.... so this year will be egg cookie decorating at our house!! We never color eggs because I always have them in the frig so not much of a treat, but cookies mmmmm that's a different story.... a big treat!
ReplyDeleteSimply adorable...just love all the bright and beautiful yellow!!! Thank you so much for playing along with us at Time Out!
