Hi Crafty Friends,
I decided to change it up a bit and show you some of my Halloween Crafts, not cards. I was inspired by the As You Like It Challenge: Favorite Non-Card Project and why? I love making bookmarks because they are a great way to have a loved one remember you every time they open a book. I love decoupage because it is so easy and the effects on the mason jars is so fun when light shines through.
Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: What other types of crafts do you like to make?
A: Me? I love decoupage.

Nice assortment of things other than cards. The bookmarks are adorable, love the jars. And the paper mache Pumpkin Box cute, haven't done any paper mache in so many years since I was a kid. It's kinda like Playdoh, with a special smell. Thanks for sharing with us at Double Trouble and Use Your Stuff.

I like to sew (I've been making
ReplyDeleteplacemats for my kitchen counter).
I do needlepoint or counted-cross
stitch. Haven't done a lot of
either lately - on a lazy streak.
Your those big eyes - used them
on a card last night. thanks

What fun Halloween projects. Looks like you had a fabulous time making them! So happy to see you back at Mod Squad Challenge again. Thanks for playing along!!!
ReplyDeleteThese are really fun. Every year my trick and treaters get a little cello bag filled with little treats and bugs and fun stuff. I think next year I will make these bookmark's to add in the bag. They'll remember a fun night and the scary house. Great idea. Thanks. All these crafts are terrific.
ReplyDeleteCute projects. Love the mason jar pumpkins.
ReplyDeleteI love the mason jar pumpkins, a great gift and a fun way to give someone their Halloween candy! Thank you for joining us at Double Trouble.
ReplyDeleteLove those fun bookmarks! And they are so different than the usual bookmark. Before card making, I used to make all kinds of things ... home decor, ornaments from cross stitch/beading; clay; dominoes & so many more. My favorite is a lion & lamb set I made years ago. Last year, I made my own Halloween flag as I couldn't find one (first time using the sewing machine in years!). I have a couple of Fall non-card projects to make yet ...
ReplyDeleteGreat projects. Love them all!
ReplyDeleteI like baking sweets.
