Back To School Slider Surprise

 Hi Crafty Friends,
I'm sharing a fun Back to School Slider Card for the Cut it Up Challenge #235 "Back to School- Follow a Tutorial" Challenge. I followed the My Favorite Things Slider Surprise Tutorial using the Surprise Slider Die-namics die and darling images from Paper Nest Dolls. My twin sister is a 2nd Grade teacher and a SAINT! The patience she has with the kids, the fun she creates for them in class and remotely is just incredible. They are learn SO MUCH from her and she makes school enjoyable. Most of her students come back year after year to say HI even through college! She has positively impacted SO MANY LIVES, I'm in AWE and so PROUD to be her sister.

Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: Who is one of your favorite teachers?
A: Me? I loved my 3rd Grade Teacher Mrs. Hahn.

Here is the step by step of how it slides. If you want to see it in action, head to my Instagram @MadeByMeghanK

  1. Being a teacher is a hard and very important job. Looks like your sister is very good at it and loves what she's doing. So hats off to her.
The card you made is very beautiful.

  4. The colors are just great. I like how you made these so happy looking. My favorite teacher was Mr. Sorter, my World History Teacher when I was in 10th grade. He made a subject that I previously hated, turn into my favorite subject, even now!! He intrigued me so much that I saved all of my money from my job, for 2 years, to be able to go on a 5 week trip through Europe with other students, and several chaperones (and him). My friend and I hung around him almost the whole time because he told us anything and everything about the places we went to, the past leaders, art, everything! Mr. Sorter made history SO exciting and interesting. He was dramatic and passionate!!!!!! His son is a world history teacher, too :)
