Hi Crafty Friends,
It's SPRING! Which means playing outside and BUBBLES! This is Bubble Fun Owen and his puppy pal making giant bubbles! I used embossing paste to make the bubbly background and glossy accents to make the big bubble look real. I was inspired by my niece and nephew's Easter present which was HUGE bubble makers (see below).
Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: Do you still blow bubbles?
A: Me? Yes! When I'm playing with my niece and nephew but I don't think bubble blowing is going to be very popular post-COVID

Oh so beautiful! Great scene and design.
ReplyDeleteYes, sometimes I blow bubbles, when I play with my son Tim.

Cute card and fun pics!
ReplyDeleteNope, no bubbles here! No kids to play with, but we always had bubbles when my daughter was little.
Those kiddos are so cute and the right age to keep you young! I am always so impressed how, no matter the theme, your paper choices are extroidinaire! Whenever I pick loud fun papers it looks too busy! I bring bubbles to any fireworks display we go to for the kiddos around us. I enjoy watching them.
ReplyDeleteCute bubble scene. Love to blow bubbles with the grandkids.
ReplyDeleteAdorable card! I used to blow bubbles with my son but that was many moons ago.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, that bubble background that you made with the stencil is such a wonderful accent to your adorable scene. LOVE the little guy with his bubble. Your niece and nephew look like they're having a blast with their own, real-life bubbles as well. I don't do bubbles myself, but the grandkids love them!
ReplyDeleteIt's very nice card!
ReplyDeleteyes I do!
What an awesome card design! That big bubble looks so real with the glossy accents. We love bubbles in our house and my 2 year old got a bubble wand that lights up for Easter from his grandparents.
ReplyDeleteVery cute card - those yellow flowers add the perfect touch of vibrant colour and texture to your design. Thanks so much for playing along with us at TIME OUT!
