Hi Crafty Friends,
It's Day 5 of my Growing in Unity Week featuring all the amazing Unity Stamps . I hope you enjoyed all my creations this week. Thank you for your kind comments! For my last day, I created a snowflake shaker card using Angie Girl: Joy Girl. I used gray snowflake pattern paper to do paper piecing on her outfit and hat and silver and white snowflake sequins for the shaker part.
Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: Has it snowed where you live yet?
A: Me? No, we usually don't get snow in Chicago until January

ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful card... your paper piecing is great! I'm going to have to try a shaker card one of these days. Yes, it snowed once--less than an inch on Oct. 26. We don't usually get snow here in central Missouri till much later, eitber. I've truly enjoyed your cards this week!
ReplyDeleteThis card is amazing !!! I love absolutely everything about it ... No snow here in Virginia Beach yet and I hope there is none ... People here can't even drive in the rain !!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card! I love the colors. I live in north/central Illinois and we have had snow twice. First time was just a small amount, the second time about 3 inches but it was gone by the end of the day. Thank you for sharing your creativity this week.
ReplyDeleteStunning card! Everything about it is perfect!

Beautiful card! No snow here, we are in Summer!
ReplyDeleteWow! This is my favorite one of the week! Gorgeous! We had maybe 4 inches of snow about a month ago but that disappeared quickly...but we're supposed to get 6-9" here tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful card!!! I love the snowflake accents. It really comes together very nicely!
ReplyDeleteAs for snow, we haven't had much of any type of precipitation for a long while! In AZ, we get Monsoons..... we are calling this summer the "nonsoon" as we got very little rain, less than an inch and a half where we are in mid-state AZ. We are in an extreme drought. Any form of precipitation would be appreciated (although I don't like cold).
DeleteThis is amazing! What a great week
