It's time for August's Digi Doodle Studio Coming Out Party! This month we are featuring GET WELL images, doctors, nurses, bear & chicken pairables etc. I get to share a darling new pairable set called Chicken Soup Pairables. I made a pop up box so that I could feature a bunch of the images and sentiments on one card. I used the Digi Doodle Studios Clucker Cracker 6x6 Digi Papers and colored my chickens to match.
Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: When is the last time you were sick?
A: Me? I haven't been sick since maybe high school! Knock on wood!

I love box cards and this is really adorable! One of the cutest I've ever seen. Of course, I am a bird nerd. hehe It's probably been 3-4 years or more since I had a slight cold.
ReplyDeleteWow! How cool. This box card would cheer anyone up. Bright colors and cutsie birds. You are so lucky not to have been sick since high school. I think chicken soup is a cure-all when you do get a cold. I've nipped a cold in the bud with it. Last time I was violently sick was with a kidney stone. Ended in ER. No fun!!!
ReplyDeleteits amazing!

I don't think those chicks could get any cuter. Love your box card. The papers you used are perfect. I was sick awhile back. Had most of the symptoms of Covid 19. But my test came back negative and I'm fine now. Pretty scary time.
ReplyDeleteThose images are adorable! I love your bold coloring, and you photographed your box card so well!
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining us at Cut it Up for our Shaped Card challenge!

Meghan - this is just wonderful - I love the depth in your box card. Super stuff! Sick? Sadly I have more issues than many - but it's how you deal with them that matters. The last time I was very unwell and my doctor had to call - all I could think as he left was 'Please don't scrape the newly painted stairway wall with your big medical shoulder bag'. That sort of told me that even though I couldn't walk, I sure took notice of what was going on.
