What cute papers you chose! YES, i drink all sorts of coffee drinks. My favorite way to make coffee is with my Bialetti--I think that I have the 9 shot one. I make the espresso with it, then add milk, flavored creamer, sweetener, and sometimes cocoa powder. It is better than any coffee shop can make. The Bialetti makes the espresso rich, yet it isn't bitter. Our son drinks it straight (YUCK), but I like to add my extras :) When we have gone to Italy and stayed in Airbnbs, each of the houses/apartments had a Bialetti, so we felt at home. My favorite experience drinking our coffee was in Florence, Italy. We rented an apartment that had it's own private rooftop terrace. We would go up there with our coffee, look out at the tile roofs on ancient buildings, watch the CRAZY AMAZING HUGE FLOCKS of black birds swooping in formation over the building, and the hills nearby. It was an experience we will never forget. We did this at sunset several times. If you get a chance to go, you will no doubt love it. Florence has amazing artwork and architecture :)
