Red, White, & Blue

Hi Crafty Friends,
Here is my inspiration to get you started on this month's challenge, I made a Fourth of July card using one of the Roberto's Rascals from the Surprise! Stamp Set. It's a birthday set but this little guy looks like he is holding a little sparkler!
