Floating By Birthday Boy

Hi Crafty Friends,
I am back with my second Guest Design Card for Scrapping for Less. If you missed my first card "Spring Fever" check it out here. For this card, it's BIRTHDAY TIME! I always struggle with boy cards but this cutie is perfect carrying his balloons for the party! I used Sunny Studios Spring Showers Stamp Set and Sunny Studios Floating By Stamp Set to create this little scene on these darling patterned papers from the Scrapping For Less Spring Fever Paper Pad.

    No I don't get balloons, sadly never got balloon for any birthday or other occasion. But I would love to get them.

    I don't, but then I never have gotten balloons for my birthday. They are fun===I'm going to give some balloons to my friends on their birthdays. Thanks for the idea :) I like how you colored the balloons in so many colors. So cheerful.

    Cute card, Meghan! I had balloons a few years ago. Brian used to buy me those cool helium balloons quite a bit. They were fun!

    Your card is super cute. For my birthday a year and a half ago, my hubby filled the mudroom with balloons so that would be the first thing I would see as I came into the house from work. How fun!!

    The perfect card for a teenage boy, I think (I have 6 nephews so always looking for inspiration for their cards). I didn't get any balloons this year, but I did last year. However, my parrot hates them so I just have to hide them if I get any.

    Oh I love this card Meghan! Super colour combination as well as your colouring. And I love the little boy floating along with his balloons. When I was working in an office based environment my colleagues and friends created an amazing 'bower' of balloons as an enclosure around and over my desk for a special Birthday. I couldn't believe it when I walked into the office and saw what they'd spend ages doing early that morning.

    Love that stamp set you used! We gave my 105 year old grandmother balloons along with 105 carnations.
