I was inspired to add some NATURE to this card for the ModSquad Challenge. I thought the acorn caps fit perfectly with this little fall scene. I can tell the squirrel wants to jump off that log and grab them from the corners.

What a great fall card and I like the leaves that have a variation of all the fall colors. Adorable card, excellent coloring as usual and nice layout...love the acorn caps. Megan saw your video on Facebook, are you kidding me, I'm lucky if I can even get up on a bar...it seemed like you didn't even put up a sweat and I watched the full time...amazing.

Everytime I see one of your cards, I am awestruck by your coloring technique. I am such a beginner at coloring, and am lucky if it looks even as good as my 9 year old's version. The warm colors, adorable little girl and the acorns make this fall card really special. My favorite leaves are the bright red ones too!

ReplyDeleteFabulous card! I especially like Argyle designs and the colors you selected are perfect. I don't see many fall leaves anymore now that I live in Arizona but when I did have trees instead of cactus, I preferred those of red and purple colors. This card has the cutest images! I can't decide whether I want to hug that girl or the squirrel first. Great creative touch to add the acorns too! My favorite leaf color is also the bright red...the kind that almost glows!
