Hi Crafty Friends,
I am SO EXCITED to be Guest Designing for Your Next Stamp this month! I will have 7 projects over this month from Your Next Stamp to share so subscribe and follow so you don't miss a thing! There will be giveaways too!
I'm from Chicago and this is the last week of school for all the kiddos. My sister is a second grade teacher and I know how hard a job it is to teach. I hope every parent is showing their child's teacher some appreciation this week whether it be a handmade card, a note of gratitude or a gift.
Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: Who was your favorite teacher?
A: Me? My third grade teacher Mrs. Hahn. I still see her and send her cards!
I decided to do some paper piecing with this one. I die cut the scallop rectangle using Winnie and Walter Essentials Noelle Cutaway mounting it on white cardstock and then my base. I traced the edges with a black pen so it pops! Then I added the scallop circle with the darling YNS Applies. I finished my card with the cute little pun sentiment and the buttons.

Adorable card! All teachers deserve appreciation. My favorite teacher....there is more than one....my 1st grade teacher whose name escapes me at the moment (but I'm sure I'll remember after posting this comment...LOL)....she was so nice and I got off to a good educational start. My high school math teacher, Mr. Swim....he understood that I already knew all the math he was teaching and gave me an A and excused me from class...LOL. And my high school Creative Crafts teacher....she was young, fun, and introduced me to the world of crafting which I am quite thankful for. Anyway....back to your adorable card....Thank you so much for entering our challenge at Crafter's Castle this month....good luck :)
