Hi Crafty Friends,
I am so excited to be Guest Designing this
month for Scrap N' Stamp Canada! I started this month with joining the
Design Team's Pun Blog Hop! If you missed those posts HERE my first card, HERE is my second card, and HERE is the full HOP! It's Hilarious! Then I posted my first RAIN or SHINE card inspired by my adorable niece and nephew HERE (more pictures of them below).
Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: What do you call the shoes you wear in the rain?
A: Me? WELLIES! My brother lives in Ireland and that's what they are called there! I like that better than rainboots
I started my card by stenciling the clouds with Distress ink Black Soot on Bristol White Paper. I glued that down to the yellow base. I then die cut the clouds and inked the edges with My Favorite Things Blue Ink. I colored the little girl and duckies with copic markers and fussy cut them out. It took forever!
I finished my card by creating a FUN Puddle Splashing scene. I inked the edges of my sentiment and glued it to a yellow banner die so that it would pop from the card.
Thank you so much for checking out my blog. Please take a moment to comment and follow so you can answer
all the Make Crafty Friends Q & As and follow me on Instagram here!
