Hi Crafty Friends,
Are you ready for Spring? I am! So is Brass and Bliss with a brand new release full of flowers! I made two spring birthday cards with Brass & Bliss NEW Wild Beauty Watercolor Stamp Set 37021 and NEW Birthday 6x6 Paper Pad.
Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: Which color do you like best? Purple or Blue?
A: Me? I like the blue one
Card #1: Enjoy Your Special Day
Step #2: I diecut the background paper from the Brass & Bliss Birthday 6x6 Paper Pad and did a frame for my flowers with Brass & Bliss Outside Scallop Frame 5500-02D.
Step #3: I put my frame offset to the left and diagonally across my pattern paper base and arranged my sentiments from the stamp set around the flowers.Step #4: I added little bright pink pearls to match the balloons of my background paper.
Card #2: A Flower for You Birthday Girl
Step #1: I started my card by stamping the Brass & Bliss Wild Beauty Watercolor Flowers in black and then stamped the solid center with Brass & Bliss Color Fuse Sonata & Sapphire.Step #2: I diecut the blue and green Happy Birthday Paper from the Brass & Bliss Birthday 6x6 Paper Pad with Brass & Bliss 5425D Mini Slimline Nested with Stitch outer most die and used the inner most die to cut a rectangle for the flower out of white cardstock.Step #3: I layered the stitched layers on lime green cardstock to make them pop. I added the Wild Beauty Flower to the right of the rectangle so I could add the sweet sentiment. I finished my card with little tiny buttons in the corner.Supplies:
