Word in the Coop is... It's Your Birthday

Hi Crafty Friends,
I have a slider Birthday card for you today featuring Ink N' Splatter's darling Gossip Chicks Pairables Stamp Set! These chickies are just the CUTEST! I colored them in unique colors to match the Clucker Club 6x6 Paper Pack

Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: Have you ever owned a chicken or held a baby chick?
A: Me? I haven't owned chickens but my Aunt lives on a farm and had them so I got to hold the chicks and get the eggs

  1. When I was a kid (in the 1940s) we
had a chicken coop in the backyard
in St. Louis. They provided eggs
    and fried chicken. Don't
    remember having chicks. Love
    easel cards. thanks for sharing

  2. Adorable chicks and love your slider fun folder, have not seen this slider layout before... so cute and nice surprise under the slider. Thanks for sharing with us at Double Trouble and Creative Creases. Never held a chickie, but we did have a pet duck, as a duckling my sister won at the Fair. He was named Henry until there were eggs in the Nest and then she was called Henrietta

  3. Really cute interactive card! Love the chickens!
I have had several pet chickens. My favorite was named Cinnamon. My daughter used to bring Cinnamon into the house to sit on her lap and watch TV.

  6. Oh, I just love this! So fun in every way and gorgeous colors used! And I am a bird nerd, any kind of bird so I adore the theme. However, I have never held a baby chicken before (unless when I was a kid & just don't remember).

  8. Super fun interactive card. The colors are perfect! And Your coloring always matches terrific! Had chickens as a small child, but was never allowed to touch them. Good thing because they shortly grew into 2 roosters and woke up one morning to... well ya know. Mom put her foot down to No more chickens.
