It's NEW RELEASE week at Your Next Stamp! We have two preview days and a blog hop! I hope you join us. Today, is Preview Day Two if you missed Day One head here. We are featuring three stamp sets: Hammie Sweetness Overload, Pigs Can Fly, and Show Ponies. I made two cards showing off these darling ponies, one is interactive and the other is a perfect pony scene.
Everyone in my family LOVES horses, especially my sister Lauren, and my niece, Annie. We had a horse themed birthday for her last year, I wish I had this set then but she'll have another one this year too!
Don't forget to comment on all the previews because 3 random comments will be selected from the YNS blog or YNS Instagram and each person will win 1 of the 3 sets. All comments must be left by February 12th at midnight and the winners will be announced on February 13th.
Make Crafty Friends Q & A:

How happy and fun photos! :D Fab memories to take care! Love all YNS stamps and this release looks so fun and sweet. Your horse cards are both adorable, beautiful colouring and great choice of papers.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, love horses so much! I ride a horse some years ago, was a delightful day! :)
Those are two fantastic cards! I would not have thought to incorporate the themed papers into them like you did! It really makes them POP! That slider is so fun and great interactive and I could just play with it for hours! I have only ridden a horse once and I am sure he knew it (& how scared I was; but I did enjoy it). I was 46 years old at the time! My daughter goes to a horse camp every year for weeks and she loves it and horses! It is fun to see the pics that you put into your posts. Keeping it real!
ReplyDeleteGreat layering on the cards.
ReplyDeleteFun cards. I've been on a horse
but didn't go far. They are
fantastic animals. thanks
for sharing.

I do like nice ones, but am wary of them in general. I have had one try to throw me off of a cliff in Laguna Beach, one laid down on me while i wad riding, one tried to scrape me sideways on a barbed wire fence, i have had them try to bite me, or the horse i am riding... soooo, hm.
ReplyDeleteYour photos are truly beautiful, and your cards are delightful and adorable, Meghan!
ReplyDeleteGreat cards!! Love all the layers on the first, but the slider is FUN!
ReplyDeleteI have ridden horses, but not for a very long time. They are so beautiful!
These horses are ADORABLE! And I think you have a photo for everything! It's always a joy to read your blog posts! Bet you didn't know that I always wanted to be a twin or even just to have a sister, I'm so jealous! I have been on a horse before but I was scared! I fell off when I was very young and it took a long time to try again.
ReplyDeleteAdorable cards! Love the papers and cute horses!
ReplyDeleteI have ridden a horse a few times, but not in a long time! Actually, I do love the carousel horses at Disneyland... does that count?
these cards are wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI like horses and I ride once many years ago. it was fun.
I like the papers on the horse cards and cute photos too. Yes I like horses but only got a chance to ride when I was at my cousin's--not very often.
ReplyDeleteYes, I got to ride horses a few times when I was young. Love horses! Your cards are wonderful! I love the papers and designs you used; go perfectly together!
ReplyDeleteCute cards,...I do like horses but from far only...might be scared to get closer to them, never ridden one!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea for a horse slider card! My nieces are horse fanatics! Perfect idea for a wonderful birthday card.
ReplyDeleteYou showcased these Horses wonderfully! Love the use of patterned papers too.
ReplyDeleteGreat cards. Love the second one. Yes, I have rode horses. We had a horse that lived until she was 33. Her name was Dolly.
ReplyDeleteOh I forgot to tell you that I love the pictures.
ReplyDeleteYou have the greatest ideas for cards and a real talent with design. Love the horse slider card and all the design elements on both cards. I used to love to ride until a horse tried to throw me over a gate. I saw my life flash! I had a very close call with the Budweiser Clydesdale Team. They were turning them around in the area I was standing and luckily for me I looked up just in time to move. Those horses are HUGE!!!! Beautiful though.
ReplyDeleteSuper cute and fun card! I love all the bright colours! Thank you for playing along with our "Use at least 2 designer papers" at Papercraft Challenges! Please excuse my late commenting! Have a wonderful day and happy crafting, Maike
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun card!! I used to love horses when I was younger and even went to horse camp with my cousin two years in a row. Now I have a 6 year old who is horse crazy and trying to convince us that our backyard is big enough for a horse, lol!
ReplyDeleteSuper fun card and the pictures
ReplyDeleteThese are great photos and a wonderful card! I like horses in theory..and I have ridden one, but not really a horse fan. My daughter and granddaughters, on the other hand...are horse crazy!
