I made this DINO-mite Birthday card with the Jane's Doodles Dino-mite Stamp set. I did the background by MASKING using Catherine Pooler Leave Stencil and a few colors of Distress Oxide Inks and ink splatters.

I love your variegated leaves background; really nice! And the dinosaurs are really cute. I really don't know anything about dinosaurs so I looked them up to find one that was considered adorable: the Lesothosaurus. It would've been close to a large dog's size. :-)

ReplyDeleteCute card, Really like that stencil. Your card reminds me of my son. On his birthday in January I gave him his stuffed dinosaur that he had as a little boy. I'm not sure of the name of my favorite dinosaur, The one with the long neck. I'm sure my son knows the name. :)

Your cards are always so much fun and that stenciled background looks wonderful with the oh-so-cute dinos. My favorite dinosaur was always the Apatosaurus (formally known as Brontosaurus) because of its huge size. Of course I prefer the cartoon version over a realistic version because dinosaurs are scary..haha!

Awesome background and cute dinos. My favorite dinosaur is Sue the fossilized dinosaur in the Chicago Field Museum. I am not sure what kind she is but she is TALL!
