Hi Crafty Friends,
It is NEW RELEASE Week at Digi Doodle Studios and have I got some CUTENESS for you!!! I'm featuring "Guess Who Girls" today. These sisters are playing around just like my identical twin sister and I used to do! We never got bored! I colored them up to match us, it was a great reminder of my fabulous childhood.
Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: What was your favorite game to play as a kid?
A: Me? My sister and I used to play "Wiggle Butts" and we would tuck our feet up by our butt and put pants on so that our knees were our feet and our feet looked like our butts and waddle around, it looks HILARIOUS from the back (see below)!

How cute! I adore your childhood pics with fun memories!
ReplyDeleteMy fave childhood game was hide and seek.
Oh my gosh Meghan, those photos of you and your sister playing Wiggle Butts made me laugh! Never tried that myself but my granddaughter's have done it. You're so lucky your parents took lots of photos of you growing up so you can relive the happy memories. My favorite childhood game was probably Jacks...so you can imagine how old I am now!
ReplyDeleteYou card is adorable. The game of Wiggle Butts is a new one on me. Funny!! It looks like you and your sister were so close and had lots of fun. This is before your time, but as a kid I loved the marble game of "Potsies" I won so many beautiful marbles and had so much fun playing outside with the neighbor kids.
ReplyDeleteCan't say I ever heard of or played "Wiggle Butts" before.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite game was Poker. My Dad taught me when I was pretty young!
Cute story and
ReplyDeletecard. Loved playing

Such a pretty card Meghan and thanks for sharing with us over at 'The Flower Challenge'....unfortunately as our rules state flowers have to be the MAIN image always...and bought flowers aren't allowed either...they have to be stamped/dies used/stencilled/hand coloured etc.Sorry such a shame as all your cards are so lovely. Viv DT xx
ReplyDeleteLove this pretty card! The colours are gorgeous. Thank you for playing along at Creative Inspirations, good luck.

LOL Your childhood game sounds hysterical ... and fun! I never heard of it. In my day, playing tag outside was always a favorite!
ReplyDeleteI always love your 'sister' cards and this one's no exception.
OMGoodness, so funny! I can tell you were having fun! We used to play a lot of outdoor games like hide 'n seek, world, Simon says, red rover, 123 red light, skipping, double-dutch, hopskotch, etc. Inside we liked board games; my best friend had the Game of Life and I enjoyed that one the best. Your card is precious, love these girls, so much like you and your sister!
ReplyDeleteits super cute card!
ReplyDeletemy favorite game to play as a kid was chasing cats around neighborhood :D
Cute card and fun story about wiggle butts. I liked to play red rover as a kid.
ReplyDeleteLovely coloring! Siblings are the best - especially sisters.
ReplyDeleteLove your card. Super cute image. I loved playing hide and seek. I come from a big family and would have a blast.
ReplyDeleteAn absolute riot of bright happy colours and I love those fun pics too! Thanks for playing at Uniko, hope to see you join in with future challenges too.
ReplyDeleteToo funny Meghan!! My brother and I used to do a similar thing with tee-shirts but we didn't look as hilarious. I think my favorite game when I was little was Uno, and playing with dolls
ReplyDeleteThis sounds so funny! You seem to have blast playing with your sister! Gorgeous card
ReplyDeleteCute image and those photos made me giggle.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing at Uniko. )
