The Creative Craft Cottage Challenge #121: Christmas

Q: Do you still get a stocking as an adult? What is in yours?
A: Me? Yep, it's usually things like finger nail clippers, nail polish, toothpaste, and dog treats for my pup

I picked a fun Christmas patterned paper for my background panel. Then I used my CC Designers Scallop Circle Inside out Die to frame my owl. I added the ribbon and sequin embellishments for a little extra fun!

    Pretty layering and a sweet owl!
    It's hit and miss with the stockings at my house. Some years we put them up and some years we skip them! I think it's a challenge to think of things to go in them for adults. Candy is the most common thing I think of, but my daughter doesn't eat candy. Her boyfriend likes Gummy Bears though, so I usually get him a bag of those anyway!

    My sister-in-law had
    stocking crocet by a
    friend. They are Harley
    Davidson stockings done
    in white with black and
    orange. Fill the with
    candy mostly. I love this
    owl card, so fun.

    Fun owl card! I don't get a stocking (wish I did)....but I still do stockings for my daughter's.

    you bet I get a stocking! My mother in law always gives all the adults stocking filled with goodies. She puts in gift cards, candy and treats, and things like fancy shampoo and face cream
