Hi Crafty Friends,
I am so excited to be Guest Designing this month for Scrap N' Stamp Canada! I started this month with joining the Design Team's Pun Blog Hop! If you missed those posts HERE my first card, HERE is my second card, and HERE is the full HOP! It's Hilarious!
For my next two cards of the month, I was inspired by some pictures my identical twin sister sent me of my niece and nephew (Annie & Thomas) splashing around in the rain. Remember when you were a kid and LOVED playing in the rain?
Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: When is the last time you were in the rain? What happened?
A: Me? I had a 18 miler on my training schedule last Saturday and had to run the whole thing in the rain
I started my card with a dark grey base and inked the edges in white. I colored my images with copic markers. I then added the rainbow layers in all the colors to match the little girl's umbrella. I die cut the white clouds and inked the edges with Distress Ink Black soot.
I taped all the cut-outs, die cuts and fussy cut stamps onto my base to make a fun little puddle splashing scene! I finished the card by stamping the sentiment in white ink.
Thank you so much for checking out my blog. Please take a moment to comment and follow so you can answer
