Hi Crafty Friends,
I have another shaker card for you featuring these darling Hedgehogs giving you HedgeHUGS ;) I die cut the scalloped heart out of the center of my patterned heart paper then die cut the same heart out of pink paper to match the base. I cut the center out and placed it back onto the acetate to make the outline of the heart really pop. This shaker is all about hearts and hugs!
Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: Have you ever seen a hedgehog in real life?
A: Me? Nope, but I hope when I do they are as cute as these little guys!

ReplyDeleteYou nailed the hearts and hugs theme!
No, I've never seen a hedgehog in person, but, I currently have a groundhog burrowed under my patio slab :( we have a cage out to catch, and relocate him LOL
Hi Meghan - how lovely that you came to play again this fortnight! AND, you used one of my very favourite hedgehog stamps/dies sets as well. Such a cute card - I really must make a shaker card or two, ages since I did one and yours is so lovely.
ReplyDeleteI can tell you first hand that hedgehogs are absolutely adorable in real life! If you use the search box on my blog you'll find loads of posts with tales of our local wild hedgehogs in them, along with a few photos. They normally only come out at night so are hard to capture on camera - an English hedgehog wandering around in the daytime is generally ill or has lost its Mama. We have at least one family of them who come to feed every night during the Summer months - and then of course they in turn have more babies who are brought along to feed as soon as they're old enough. Very sweet little faces too :)
Hugs
