This is probably one of my favorite stamp sets from C.C Designs. Isn't this little girl darling? I love rainbows and BRIGHT colors so this was a fun image to color and create a fun background for her to pop from. I used my C.C Designs banner die cut to make the little flags and it turned out perfect to match the colors of the rainbow she is holding. What is at the end of your Rainbow?
