Hi Crafty Friends,
I was inspired by the Taylored Expressions Color Challenge: Kiwi, Dill, and one other color (I chose Violet). I was also inspired by the Lunar New Year Challenge for these Dragon Birthday cards. I used Taylored Expressions Starstruck Stamp and Stencil for my background and Taylored Expressions Little Critters Stamp Set.

Black & Silver Birthday Fireworks

Hi Crafty Friends,
I was inspired by the Hero Arts Stay Crafty with Hero Challenge Happy Anniversary/Birthday. I used Hero Arts Bold Prints Fireworks Background Stamp with Hero Arts Silver Embossing Powder for my glittery silver version and Hero Arts Black Sparkle Embossing Powder for my black version. The Happy Die and Birthday Sentiment are from the Hero Arts Happy Thanks Stamp & Cut XL. The glitter paper is from Paper Insider and adds the perfect touch to a birthday card.

Buzzin' By to Say Hi

Hi Crafty Friends,
The Brass & Bliss Buzzy Bees Stamp Set is my favorite for spring. I love their little faces! I used Brass & Bliss Off Set Pin Wheel Cover Die for my black and yellow background with textured papers from Your Paper Insider.

Step 1: I started my card die cutting the 3 different yellow papers and black paper with the Off Set Pin Wheel Cover Plate. Then I paper pieced them all back together on white cardstock.

Step 2: I colored up the bees with Copic Sketch Markers Y19, Y17, Y15 and C8, C7, C6. I arranged the bees and honeycomb on my card so they look like they are in motion.

Step 3: I finished my card by stamping the sentiment on the Brass & Bliss Nested Tag Dies and placed it in the bottom corner.

I was inspired by the My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge #693, Color Challenge #233 and Ready Set Christmas Challenge for this card. I had fun adding the "snow buddy" dragon for the Lunar New Year Challenge because I'm giving this to my Aunt for her combo Birthday/Christmas card which is on December 25th, 2024. I used My Favorite Things Snow Buddies Stamp Set, Magical Dragons Stamp Set, and Double Stitched Rectangle Die-namics.

Dragon Birthday Series: Card #1: Flower Hugs

Hi Crafty Friends,
2024 is the year of the Dragon! I have a series of Dragon Birthday cards for you the next three Sundays featuring Ink n' Splatter's Clubby Dragon Stamp set. For the first in my series, I made a floral stencil background and scallop frame to highlight this darling dragon holding flowers.

Beautiful Butterflies

Hi Crafty Friends,
Spring is on the way! I can't wait to see the beautiful butterflies like the Poppy Stamps Nordic Fanfare Butterfly and Teardrop Butterflies.

I used Poppy Stamps GORGEOUS Anemone Grove 6x6 Paper Pad for the delightful purple butterflies. I layered them in all different shades of purple.

The background is Poppy Stamps Layering Diamond Stencil in shades of bright green and splattered with white Copic paint and green ink.
